As you may know, research and co-creation are at the core of every Hatch project. In fact, we're developing new tools and programs to address global challenges and support changemakers and leaders.
To kickstart this process, we gathered a diverse group of brilliant minds to immerse ourselves in music, poetry, delicious food, and insightful conversation.
The result? The Hatch Co-Creation on Decision-Making was born!
Thank you for the unforgettable memories, valuable lessons, and inspiring insights that will shape our new program. We walked in each other's shoes, empathized, asked questions, listened, and forged connections with 30 industry leaders, researchers, authors, and entrepreneurs.
The experience was truly multisensory. We savored a delightful lunch where we chose between different preparations of the same ingredients – steamed or baked, smoky or sour – highlighting the essence of decision-making.
Our Head of Programs, Aafke de Groot, led an engaging appetizer session to explore decision-making in action, drawing on modern theories for future-proof decision-making.
