As a project manager, you navigate daily challenges—project delays, tricky customer conversations, and internal team issues. Take charge of your projects by mastering how to handle these tricky situations through hands-on exercises, using actual or anonymous cases. Strengthen your presence, courage, candor, and transparency—essential tools that enhance your courageous attitude and boost your project management skills.

Key learnings:

  • Strengthen relationships: boost efficiency and build trust by showing appropriate vulnerability.
  • Lead by example: build trust in your teams by showing up fully and authentically as a leader.

Track 3: Defining Personal Power

This track empowers you to develop self-awareness, social intelligence, dynamic communication, and authentic presentation skills. It sharpens your leadership and influence, making them more impactful. Effective leadership starts with mastering self-leadership. By leading ourselves well, we set the foundation to lead others successfully.

  • Own your power: feel confident in your authentic personal power and inspire others to do the same.
  • Navigate challenges: learn to accept what you can’t change and take action where you can.

Track 4: Future-Proof Decision-Making

This track helps you to make decisions that prioritize customers, use resources wisely, adapt to change, and take responsibility. You'll learn how to handle complex situations, communicate decisions clearly, keep everyone on the same page, and manage challenges or disagreements effectively.

Topics Covered:

  • Customer-centric decision-making: learn to involve customers and your team early to make decisions that meet their needs.
  • Principles of Deep Democracy: ensure every voice is heard, including perspectives that might otherwise get overlooked so that you can make wiser and more balanced decisions.
  • Effective communication of decisions: develop skills to communicate decisions clearly so that everyone understands and stays aligned with the chosen direction.

Outcomes:

  • Greater self-awareness: understand your decision-making style, learn to manage stress, and remain objective when things get tough.
  • Stronger understanding of group dynamics: gain the tools to manage group interactions and lead your team through better decision-making and collaboration.
  • Understanding group consciousness: look at your team holistically rather than as a sum of individuals.

Extensive research with project managers and directors forms the bedrock of this program, resulting in a matrix of essential skills.

We recognise that success, particularly in more executive roles, hinges less on hard skills and more on communication, self-awareness,and emotional intelligence.

Each track in this program intentionally develops multiple skills, facilitating both professional andpersonal growth for project managers
