6-week program on the Neuroscience of Leadership with a brilliant cohort of Deutsche Telekom global executives

What We Delivered:

Hatch designed and delivered a program centered around:

  • Transformational Experiences: Moving beyond keynotes and lectures to create immersive learning that engages participants on a deeper level.
  • Embodied Brain-Body-Behavior Insights: Providing leaders with an understanding of how the brain and body influence behavior, and how to leverage this knowledge for more effective leadership.
  • Focus on Curiosity, Clarity, and Connection: Cultivating these three key qualities in leaders to enhance their ability to lead themselves and their teams.
  • Neuroscience-Backed Strategies and "Brain Hacks": Equipping leaders with practical tools and techniques rooted in neuroscience to optimize their leadership skills.
  • Experiential Learning and Practice: Incorporating paired exercises and challenges to allow leaders to immediately apply and internalize the learnings.

The program elements included:

  • Expert Design: The program was expertly designed by Hermina Zoe, a sociologist, ensuring a robust and well-structured learning journey.
  • Six-Week Practice Period: Leaders were given a six-week period to practice the strategies and challenges in pairs, reinforcing the learning.
  • Follow-up Sessions: An Accountability Lab and strategy session were scheduled for the following month to maintain momentum and integrate the learnings into practical application.
  • Emphasis on a Different Approach: The program was explicitly designed to be "not more of the same," differentiating itself from traditional leadership development programs.
