Together with our North American partner Wes Adams we developed a leadership development program.

GeoStructures and ASAP Group, part of AGH, two dynamic organizations poised for rapid growth, recognized the need to invest in their leadership to navigate upcoming challenges and capitalize on opportunities. They partnered to deliver the "Level Up Leadership Bootcamp," an intensive program designed to equip their leaders with essential skills and foster collaboration between the two companies. This case study outlines the program's delivery, results, and next steps.

What We Delivered:

The Level Up Leadership Bootcamp was a comprehensive development journey, structured around six key leadership themes:

  • Role Modeling + Executive Communications: Focused on enhancing the leaders' ability to inspire and communicate effectively.
  • Growth Mindset + Effective Feedback: Cultivating a mindset of continuous improvement and the skills to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Decision Making + Goal Setting: Equipping leaders with frameworks and techniques for sound decision-making and strategic goal setting.
  • Managing High Performance: Developing skills to coach, motivate, and maximize the performance of their teams.
  • Adaptability + Resilience: Building the capacity to navigate change, overcome challenges, and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Leading Through Change and Uncertainty: Providing tools and strategies to guide teams through periods of ambiguity and transformation.   

The program incorporated a blended learning approach, featuring:

  • Workshops: Interactive sessions dedicated to each leadership theme.
  • Podcast Episodes: Complementary content to deepen understanding and provide real-world perspectives.
  • Cohort and Individual Assignments: Practical exercises to apply learnings and drive personal development.
  • Cohort Group Meetings: Collaborative sessions for peer learning and sharing outcomes.
  • Leadership Labs/Coaching Sessions: Personalized support to embed new skills and address individual challenges.   

What Were the Results:

The Level Up Leadership Bootcamp yielded significant results for both GeoStructures and ASAP Group:

  • Enhanced Leadership Capabilities: Participants demonstrated improved skills across all six leadership themes, leading to greater confidence and effectiveness in their roles.
  • Stronger Inter-Company Collaboration: The cohort-based structure fostered strong relationships and improved communication between leaders from Geostructures and ASAP Group. This cross-pollination of ideas and best practices created valuable synergy.
  • Alignment on Growth Strategy: The program facilitated crucial conversations around strategic goals and decision-making, aligning the leaders of both companies on a shared vision for growth and rapid development.
