Emma's role as a project manager is to make sure everything is on track for all our projects, overseeing every detail and making sure everyone has a valuable and impactful experience at Hatch.
Emma's role as a project manager is to make sure everything is on track for all our projects, overseeing every detail and making sure everyone has a valuable and impactful experience at Hatch. She is an outgoing and curious person, always eager to get to know new people and cultures. Originally from Italy, she moved to the Netherlands for her studies, specifically to Rotterdam, where she graduated with a Neuroscience degree at Erasmus University College. She stepped into the L&D world, eager to learn and bring her neuroscience and psychology background to Hatch.
When not hatching a new program, Emma can be found outdoors doing sports, hiking or skiing; hopping over to the Italian Alps whenever possible. She also loves to travel and visit friends to spend some quality time together.
