He is passionate about nurturing the essential human skills of creativity, social intelligence, and collaboration, and has built a diverse and distributed team of changemakers, organizational designers, and creators who share his vision. He also serves as an advisory board member of Omek, a platform that connects and supports African diaspora professionals and their allies.
