Why do you need to become a Feedback Fanatic?

When we think of feedback, we often cringe with the official 'hey do you have a minute' approach. It feels unnatural and heightens the threshold of communication. Whereas that is what feedback actually is: communication. In many ways, feedback represents a focused and deliberate form of communication aiming for growth, improvement, or change. It's about offering insights or observations that can sometimes be challenging to deliver or receive, requiring a level of sensitivity and empathy to ensure it's constructive rather than destructive.
